Since 2024, the CHR Student Blog has featured a regular section called “What's New?”on human rights updates. As of March 2025, this section focuses exclusively on developments within the Czech Republic. We monitor key rulings of the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, and other institutions, as well as legislative changes and major public debates. The section is designed for both Czech and international audiences who wish to stay informed about current developments in the Czech legal landscape.
