Lecture on the Legal Status of LGBT+ Persons in the Czech Republic at Faculty Night šŸ³ļøā€šŸŒˆ

As part of Faculty Night, a lecture titled ā€œCurrent Issues in the Legal Status of LGBT+ Individuals in the Czech Republicā€ took place on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, organized by the Centre for Constitutionalism and Human Rights in collaboration with Charles University's Faculty of Law. The event attracted a large audience and featured lively discussions enriched by engaging questions from attendees and thought-provoking contributions from the speakers.

Special thanks to Michal PitoÅˆĆ”k for presenting the results of the survey ā€œDo You Know Your Rights?ā€, AdĆ©la HorĆ”kovĆ” for her analysis of the new partnership law, and Lucie ZachariĆ”Å”ovĆ” for providing insights into current legal challenges. Gratitude also goes to dr. Karel Řepa for moderating the evening. A heartfelt thanks to the organizers of the Faculty Night festival for their excellent collaboration!
